With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
Engage (Online) Consult
This is an online tool that allows you to input your symptoms; along the way you will be given suggestions that may be the answer you are after.
If you are still requiring information then a report of your communication is sent to the GP for action and this will result in some/one of the following:
- Receive a call to discuss further
- Refer to a specialist
- Prescribe medication
Coronavirus (Covid 19)
Public-health England have updated their guidance for the public regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). Of particular note, Italy is now included in the guidance. Please click on the link below for details.
If you have returned from a country affected, please DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY but call 111 who will be able to advise you on appropriate next steps.
If you have been to any of the contained areas in Italy, you will need to self isolate whether you have symptoms or not. If you have been to other areas of northern Italy and develop symptoms of cough or cold then you should self isolate at that point.
The existing countries affected are:
- to Wuhan or Hubei Province in China in the last 14 days (even if they do not have symptoms).
- to other parts of China, including Macau and Hong Kong, in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild).
- to Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Republic of Korea or Malaysia in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild).
- in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus.

This service saves you time, it means you don’t need to request or collect your prescription from your GP practice every time you need a further supply. Your GP will ensure you are suitable for the service and produce a batch of prescriptions that can last up to 12 months. Please click HERE for more information.
